The New DIB App (2026 Relaunch)

DIB has rolled out a redesigned version of its mobile app, marketed as "the all-new DIB App." The relaunch is aimed at faster logins, quicker transactions, and a smoother overall interface, with DIB positioning secure access as a core part of the update rather than a separate feature.

What You Can Do in the App & Internet Banking

Fund Transfers

Inter-bank fund transfers, own-account transfers, and RAAST instant payments (ID-based transfers using CNIC).

Bill & Utility Payments

Utility bill payments and e-payment services through the app and internet banking portal.

Card & Account Controls

Debit card activation, e-statements, SMS alert subscription, and account management.

How to Register

New internet banking users register through DIB's official online registration portal linked from the internet banking login page. For mobile banking, download "DIB Pakistan Mobile" from the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Huawei AppGallery, then complete registration inside the app using your account number and CNIC for verification. DIB explicitly warns that it never asks for your password, ATM PIN, or confidential account details via email or phone — a distinction worth remembering when evaluating any message claiming to be from the bank (see our Cyber Security & Fraud page).

WhatsApp Banking

DIB also runs a WhatsApp Banking channel — customers can message the bank's WhatsApp number directly to access a menu of automated services, including card activation and general banking queries, without opening the app.
