Sindh Bank Debit Card Types & Limits

UnionPay, VISA, and PayPak — every Sindh Bank debit card tier and its daily limits, in one table.

  • 3 Card Networks
  • Local & International

Sindh Bank issues debit cards on three networks — UnionPay, VISA, and PayPak — rather than a separate credit card line. Each network has its own daily limits for point-of-sale (POS) spending, ATM cash withdrawal, and funds transfer.

VISA

PayPak

Annual Fees & Card Charges (SOC, Jul–Dec 2026)

Per Sindh Bank's official Schedule of Charges effective July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, card costs vary meaningfully by network and tier — a real comparison point beyond the withdrawal limits above.

CardAnnual FeeInitial DepositIntl. ATM/POS Charge
Visa ClassicRs. 1,600Rs. 1,0004% or min. Rs. 400
Visa GoldRs. 2,100Rs. 1,0004% or min. Rs. 400
Visa PlatinumRs. 3,400Rs. 1,0004% or min. Rs. 400
UnionPay (Customers)Rs. 1,100Rs. 5004% or min. Rs. 400
PayPak ClassicRs. 1,000Domestic-only network
PayPak GoldRs. 1,200Domestic-only network
Haya Asaan Account card25% discount on standard chargesRs. 100 (initial deposit; no minimum balance required)

A few charges worth flagging before you apply: a lost or stolen card replacement carries the same fee as the annual charge for that tier, international balance inquiries cost Rs. 50–200 depending on tier, and a disputed-transaction retrieval request costs a minimum of Rs. 500 domestically or US$ 20 internationally if the claim doesn't go in your favor. Sindh Bank staff are exempt from most of these annual fees, which is worth knowing if you're comparing a friend or relative's fee-free experience against your own account terms.

IBFT via Card, SMS, or Co-Badged Card

Interbank Funds Transfer (IBFT) done through your Visa, UnionPay, PayPak, or co-badged card — or via SMS — is free up to Rs. 25,000 per month per account. Above that monthly threshold, Sindh Bank charges 0.1% of the transaction amount or Rs. 200, whichever is lower. Transfers between your own accounts within Sindh Bank branches remain free with no monthly cap. A co-badged card carries a separate Rs. 1,300 issuance/annual charge.

Which Sindh Bank Card Should You Get?

Answer two quick questions and this matches you to a specific card from the tables above, with an estimated annual cost — instead of you cross-referencing six rows by hand.

Leave blank if you're not sure — the free monthly allowance is Rs. 25,000 either way.

Card fees, limits, and the IBFT overage formula (0.1% of the transaction amount or Rs. 200, whichever is lower, above the free Rs. 25,000/month allowance) are from Sindh Bank's official Schedule of Charges, Jul–Dec 2026, and the daily-limits table above. International transaction charges (4% or minimum Rs. 400 per transaction) apply on top of this estimate if you actually use the card abroad — this tool doesn't try to guess your spending there, since that varies too much to estimate responsibly.

Replacing a Damaged or Expired Card

If your Sindh Bank debit card is damaged, demagnetized, or approaching its expiry date, the replacement process runs through your issuing branch rather than the call center alone — you'll typically need to submit a request in person or through the app, after which a new card is issued under the same account and card network (UnionPay, VISA, or PayPak) unless you specifically request a change. Because daily POS and ATM limits are tied to the card tier rather than the account itself, a like-for-like replacement keeps your existing limits unchanged; upgrading from Classic to Gold or Platinum typically requires meeting the bank's minimum balance or relationship criteria for that tier.

International Use Considerations

A Sindh Bank debit card on the VISA or UnionPay network can generally be used abroad, but it's worth confirming your specific card's international usage status before traveling, since some issue configurations default to domestic-only until activated for overseas use. PayPak, by contrast, is a Pakistan-only network by design and won't work at international ATMs or merchants, so travelers should carry a VISA or UnionPay Sindh Bank debit card rather than relying on PayPak alone outside the country.

If you're deciding between two card tiers with similar limits, check whether the higher tier requires a minimum average balance to avoid a monthly fee — that ongoing cost sometimes outweighs the benefit of a marginally higher POS or ATM limit for customers who don't regularly transact near their current tier's ceiling.

Whichever network you end up carrying, it's worth keeping the card's emergency contact number saved somewhere other than your phone — a physical note or a separate device — precisely because losing your phone and your card at the same time is one of the more common real-world scenarios that catches people off guard.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Sindh Bank offer a credit card?

Sindh Bank's official ATM/Debit Cards page lists UnionPay, VISA, and PayPak debit card products; it does not list a separate credit card product, so customers searching for a Sindh Bank credit card should confirm current availability directly with a branch.

What is the daily ATM withdrawal limit on a Sindh Bank debit card?

Daily ATM withdrawal limits vary by card tier: UnionPay Classic and Visa/PayPak Classic cards are capped at Rs. 50,000, Visa and PayPak Gold at Rs. 75,000, and Visa Platinum at Rs. 100,000.
