Abhi & TPL Corp Acquire Kashf Foundation's Remaining Stake
Per a Share Purchase Agreement dated 8 June 2026, Abhi (Private) Limited and TPL Corp Limited jointly acquired Kashf Holdings (Private) Limited's entire remaining 3.97% shareholding in Abhi Microfinance Bank. Abhi (Private) Limited's stake rose to 73.73% and TPL Corp Limited's rose to 26.27% — together, the two now hold 100% of the Bank's issued share capital.
