Abhi helpline, direct answer: Abhi Microfinance Bank's official 24/7 helpline number is (042) 111-111-562, displayed on every page of the Bank's official website. Call this number for lost or stolen card reporting, general account queries, and to start a complaint. This is the same number listed on the bank's official Complaints and Suggestion page.

Here's how to actually reach Abhi Microfinance Bank, and what to do if your complaint doesn't get resolved at the branch or call-center level. Everything below traces to the bank's own official complaints page — not aggregator directories, which still often carry outdated FINCA-era contact details.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Complaints

Electronic funds transfer runs through the ABHIBank App and the bank's ATM network. If you report theft, loss, or have a query on an EFT transaction, call the same (042) 111-111-562 helpline. Resolution turnaround depends on the transfer type: a fund transfer within the bank is resolved by the next working day, while an Inter-Bank Funds Transfer (IBFT) complaint takes up to 3 working days. File an IBFT complaint the same day as the transaction and the bank logs the dispute for settlement the next working day. For IBFT disputes, expect your sender information to be shared with the receiving bank — that's a standard SBP obligation, not something specific to Abhi. Full IBFT fees and limits on our Raast & IBFT page.

EFT complaint turnaround times confirmed directly from Abhi Microfinance Bank's official Complaints and Suggestion page.

Complaint Volumes & Resolution Time

The bank's actual complaint-handling record, per its FY2025 audited financials: 9,242 complaints received in 2025, down from 10,611 in 2024, with an average resolution time of 4 days (5 days in 2024). That's an audited operational disclosure, not a marketing number, and it gives a real sense of how fast the bank has historically closed complaints once filed.

Confirmed directly from Abhi Microfinance Bank's FY2025 audited financial statements, Note 48 (Complaints Management Mechanism).

Escalating to the State Bank of Pakistan

If the bank itself doesn't resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you're not stuck — Pakistani banking regulation gives you the right to escalate to the State Bank of Pakistan's Banking Conduct and Consumer Protection Department. You don't have to wait indefinitely: if Abhi hasn't resolved your complaint within 45 days of filing, or you're unsatisfied with the response you did get, you're entitled to escalate to SBP directly.

One thing worth knowing that catches people out: if you've heard of the Banking Mohtasib Pakistan (Banking Ombudsman) from a friend's experience with a commercial bank, it doesn't apply here. Per SBP's own consumer protection guidance, microfinance bank customers fall outside the Banking Mohtasib's jurisdiction — Abhi is a microfinance bank, so your escalation path is SBP's Banking Conduct and Consumer Protection Department directly, not the Banking Mohtasib. Don't waste time filing there first.

SBP escalation contact confirmed from Abhi Microfinance Bank's official complaints page, which lists SBP's Banking Conduct and Consumer Protection Department as the formal escalation route. The 45-day timeline and the Banking Mohtasib jurisdiction exclusion for microfinance bank customers are confirmed directly from the State Bank of Pakistan's own consumer protection guidance (sbp.org.pk).
