Standard hours here follow SBP's system-wide schedule, same as every commercial bank in Pakistan — Monday to Friday, with the usual Friday prayer break at midday, plus a rotating set of branches that also open Saturday. Exact times, and anything Ramadan-adjusted, come down centrally from SBP rather than HabibMetro setting its own, so a quick call to your specific branch beats guessing.

Weekday Hours

Monday to Friday during SBP's mandated hours, with the Friday prayer break in the middle of the day before branches reopen for the rest of the afternoon — nothing HabibMetro-specific about that, it's standard across the sector.

Saturday Hours

Don't assume your branch is a Saturday one — only a subset are, mostly in busy commercial spots, and HabibMetro keeps the current "Saturday Open Branches" list posted on its site. Check it directly; it does get revised.

Ramadan and the major holidays — Eid, national days off — bring shortened hours or full closures, again following SBP's holiday calendar rather than anything HabibMetro decides on its own. Confirm with your branch or the bank's official announcements before you plan around a holiday period.

Cheque Clearing Cut-Off Times

Branch hours are one thing; cheque clearing runs on its own separate schedule. HabibMetro publishes distinct cut-off timing for outward clearing, plus separate lists for which branches process same-day clearing and which fall under centralized versus de-centralized inward clearing. If a cheque needs to clear same-day, don't assume every branch supports it — check the specific list rather than the general branch hours.
