Bank AL Habib offers three credit card tiers — Green, Gold, and Platinum — to existing account holders, each with its own annual fee, income eligibility, and reward structure. This page covers the credit card specifically: what it costs, who qualifies, how to apply, and how the 25% APR and rewards actually work. For merchant discounts and debit-card offers, see the separate Cards & Discounts page.

These are not fee-free cards. Each tier carries a real annual fee, structured as a spend-based reduction and reversal — for example, the Gold Card's Rs 8,000 annual fee drops to Rs 800 if you spend Rs 150,000 within 60 days of issuance, and reverses to zero entirely if you spend Rs 200,000 within 90 days. The Platinum Credit Card is new to this fee schedule as of the current period.

How to Apply

Applications go through your relationship branch — the bank does not currently advertise a fully digital, instant-decision credit card application flow the way some competitors do. Visit your branch, complete the application form, and provide proof of income (salary slip/letter and bank statements for salaried applicants; business proof, NTN, and bank statements for self-employed applicants). Approval and card issuance follow standard eCIB and SBP Prudential Regulation checks — timelines aren't published, so ask your branch directly what to expect.

Credit Card vs. Debit Card — Which Do You Need?

If you're comparing merchant discounts, dining offers, or day-to-day spending perks, that's the Debit Card & Discounts page — most active offers apply broadly across debit tiers. This page covers the credit card specifically: applying for one, what it costs to hold, and how the revolving credit and rewards mechanics work.
