Meezan Car Ijarah Calculator

Most Car Ijarah calculators only show you one rental figure. This one also shows what most people never check before signing: how much lower the monthly rental gets under Meezan's Residual Value option, and what that costs you at the end — using Meezan's own published profit rates and residual value table, not a guess.

Car Ijarah is a lease, not a loan — Meezan buys the car and rents it to you, so there's no "interest" here. This calculator uses "profit rate" and "rental," Meezan's own terms, throughout.

Meezan's minimum security deposit is 30% of the car price; the Residual Value option allows up to 50%.

⚡ The Comparison Nobody Else Shows: Regular vs. Residual Value Ijarah

Meezan also offers a Residual Value (RV) option: you agree upfront to a lump sum at the end of the term, and your monthly rental drops because part of the car's cost is deferred to that final payment. At your selected tenure, Meezan's published residual value is of the car price.

"The number people miss isn't the monthly rental — it's the residual value gap. A 40% RV on a 5-year car means you're deferring almost half the car's cost to a single balloon payment. Run both scenarios before you sign, not after."

Tenure options, security deposit range, Fixed profit rates by tenure, residual value percentages, Takaful rates, and processing charges are taken directly from Meezan Bank's official Car Ijarah page (meezanbank.com/car-ijarah).

Meezan does not publish a fixed early-termination percentage for Car Ijarah — premature termination is priced case-by-case against a Terminal-Value Schedule in the Ijarah contract (principal outstanding plus residual value), so this calculator does not estimate an early-exit cost. That's also confirmed in Meezan's Schedule of Service Charges, which lists "Profit on early sale (Termination) of Ijarah Assets" as "per terms agreed between customer and bank," effective 1 July – 31 December 2026.

Monthly rental figures are a PakFinHub calculation using a standard reducing-balance formula applied to Meezan's disclosed profit rate — an estimate, not Meezan's own quoted figure, since Meezan doesn't publish its internal rental-factor tables. Overall auto financing from all banks/DFIs combined is capped at Rs. 3,000,000 per person under the Residual Value offer — check this against your own financing history.
