DIB offers Cash Deposit Machines, but not at every branch. Here's what's actually confirmed, and what to do if a deposit doesn't show up right.

Where CDMs Are Available

DIB's official Cash Manager account page describes CDM access as available "at selected branches," running 24/7 where installed — alongside standard ATM access. There's no published complete list of which branches have a CDM; confirm with your branch directly, or check DIB's official Branch & ATM Locator. How Deposit Verification Works

Per DIB's official Debit Card Terms and Conditions, a CDM deposit is subject to verification before the credit is applied to your account — it isn't necessarily instant and final the moment you feed cash into the machine. Any deposit made through a CDM is entirely at your own risk and responsibility, and you're expected to confirm the amount credited matches what you deposited.

The 72-hour rule: if there's a discrepancy between what you deposited and what got credited, you must notify DIB within 72 hours of the transaction. After that window, the transaction is deemed accepted by you as correct — so check your balance or receipt promptly after a CDM deposit, not days later.

No CDM Nearby? Other Cash Deposit Options

DIB also runs a separate Branchless Banking Booth channel for cash deposits and withdrawals, with limits set by the bank, plus cheque encashment after signature verification.
