Dubai Islamic Bank timings follow the standard hours set by the State Bank of Pakistan for all scheduled banks — DIB doesn't set its own separate schedule. What follows is what to expect on a normal weekday, on Friday, and at the handful of branches that open Saturdays.

Which Branches Open on Saturday

Not every DIB branch opens on Saturday — only a designated subset does, mainly in high-footfall commercial areas. DIB publishes an official list of its Saturday-operational branches, covering locations across Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, and other cities, each with its own address and confirmed Saturday hours. Always check this list, or call the branch directly, before making a special trip on a Saturday — the list of participating branches can change.

Ramadan Timings

During Ramadan, DIB — like all Pakistani banks — shifts to shortened public-dealing hours, typically without the midday break, as notified annually by the State Bank of Pakistan via circular. The exact revised hours change year to year and are announced shortly before Ramadan begins, so confirm the current year's SBP circular or check with your branch directly rather than relying on a prior year's timing.
