Zarai Khushhali Crop Loan Calculator
This loan doesn't work like a regular instalment loan — it's a single bullet payment at maturity, and your maximum loan amount is capped by acreage, not by how much you ask for. This tool applies both correctly.

Rate Data & Sources
Per-acre financing limits (Rice Rs. 95,000, Wheat Rs. 100,000, Cotton Rs. 102,000, Sugarcane Rs. 142,000), the Rs. 5 million overall cap, the 90:10 inputs/transport cash-withdrawal split, and the 12-month (18-month for sugarcane) bullet-repayment tenure are from Sindh Bank's official Benazir Zarai Khushhali Program terms, sourced under SBP's General Refinance (GRFN) framework.
The 6-Month KIBOR rate itself isn't fixed by the scheme — it moves with the market — so this tool doesn't assume a figure; enter the current rate from the KIBOR Rates page. Unlike Sindh Bank's instalment loans, this facility is repaid as a single bullet payment at maturity (principal + total markup together), not monthly instalments, so the markup shown is simple interest over the full tenure, not a reducing-balance calculation.

For example, 40 acres of sugarcane at Rs. 142,000/acre would qualify for Rs. 5,680,000, but is capped at Rs. 5,000,000 — with a total due at maturity of roughly Rs. 6,087,500 at a 14.5% rate over 18 months.
