First Women Bank Stake Divested to Eve Holdings (Abu Dhabi)
MCB, alongside Habib Bank, Allied Bank, National Bank of Pakistan, and United Bank, was one of several institutional shareholders whose stake in First Women Bank Limited transferred to Abu Dhabi-based Eve Holdings RSC Limited, completing a privatization process the Competition Commission of Pakistan cleared in February 2026. This wasn't an MCB-specific transaction — MCB held a minority institutional stake alongside the other listed banks — but it's worth knowing if you've seen MCB's name mentioned in First Women Bank ownership context and wondered why.

These are dealer-specific promotional rates, not MCB's standard Car4U pricing — see our Car Financing page for standard terms, and confirm any promotional rate is still live with the dealer or MCB directly before assuming it applies to your purchase.
