How Much Does an Online Transfer (IBFT) Cost?
Per FWBL's official Schedule of Bank Charges (effective July–December 2026), Inter-Bank Fund Transfers (IBFT) — sending money to an account at another bank — are free up to PKR 25,000 per month, whether sent individually or in aggregate. Above that threshold, FWBL charges 0.1% of the transaction amount or PKR 200, whichever is lower. Sending an IBFT over the counter at a branch, rather than through internet banking, costs a flat PKR 100. Utility bill payments through FWBL's digital channels are free. Per FWBL's own Internet Banking FAQ, transfers normally arrive instantly; if a credit is delayed by more than a day, FWBL directs customers to call its call center rather than wait indefinitely.
